Use different cab service dont even waist your time. I see wayy to much that happens with them after your first trip they get comfortable and disrespectful. Im a honest citizen with nothing on my recird no felonys no misdemeanors and i feel like i should be treated as though...
Took over an hour to pick me up they disrespected me called ne myate and they had the nerve to waist my time lying and saying they called me but then sed no cabs in the area available. I feel disrespected. They didnt know im half mexican.
if you want professionalism then you dont want they. They arrive late everytime they say 30 minutes ints an hour or when they say 45 minutes to an hour its an hour n 30 minutes i have no problem at first becasue atleast i can get to where im going but the thing that rubbed me the wrong way i asked them why were they late they siad its not there problem and before hand i told them i need to be somewhere at a certain time and ended up missing my meeting so now im done with them. They also told me i had to pay them even though they was late so i said no and he began spouting out non sense so im just sooo done...
They go on longer routes just to run up the meter and before thw light turns yellow they slow down and when it turns yellow they stop so it can be at redlight in irder to make u pay more money then they had to nerve to ask for a tip. I felt disrespected... This service just isnt it
