Sahir is an excellent massage therapist who listens to his clients and provides individualised treatments. I highly recommend him. He offers a range of different types of massage suitable for everyone young or old, because each massage is tailored to what you need/want. The room is comfortable and quiet and easy to get to by public transport.

Went to see Sahir at Elite Sports Massage & Therapy and I’ve not got the words to say how well the sessions I’ve had have gone. I had a dislocated shoulder followed by bankart repair surgery. After basic recovery I needed to activate the muscles that had gone sleepy, as I was explained to in laymen terms for me to understand. Sahir went straight to work on the damaged area and my recovery is going really well. Still many sessions to go but the results are evident. Will recommend for years to come.
