This is the SECOND season that I've stored a vintage luxury vehicle at my nearest StorageMart and what I like best (and why I've not checked out other options) is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was helped by Emil and he went the extra mile to help me. He helped to guide my parking into the unit- I couldn't have done it without him.

StorageMart at IL Routes 59 and 20 has been my location preference for a number of years. Not just for location, but primarily for their customer service and professionalism. Also the facility is clean and very accessible. Their facility has spaces to accommodate various storage needs, and their prices are competitive. I am a very satisfied customer.

I will definitely come back to Storage Mart I thought Emilio customer service was excellent. He was polite ,he answered my questions ..After all of this buyers loan was not approved for my house so I did not need the storage after all ..Emilio was very understanding next time I need a storage I'm definitely coming back to Storage Mart in my opinion they are very very customer service top people. I will actually start telling people to start going to Storage Mart.!
