Best customer service experience--hands down. Dave not only delivered my boat, but spent significant time with me teaching how to operate and dock my boat. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and kind. It is his busiest time of year but he left no detail unexplained for me. I appreciate this so much--thank you!!

NOT RECOMMEND RENTING BOAT HERE I have rented boats in other marina and this is the last time we will rent a boat from here. Why ? 1. The upper redesigned lake is too rocky for people who are not familiar with this lake/little boating experience and the condition limits the area you can explore. Owner/Staff will warn you ahead and you will understand how easy you can damage the boat. 2. You need to pay extra money to go through the lock to other lakes. 3. Gas is not included. 4. If you damage the same part that was already damaged by someone, you will have to split the cost with the person. 5. Rude and disrespectful owner rude and unfriendly staff. The owner def needs to learn some manners in speaking when showing customer how to operate the boat. The staff was being rude when we asked him the location of the bathroom and he just pointed to a direction without saying a word.
I was traveling through Chaffeys Lock and stopped at the Browns Marina store for a bottle of water. Met the son of the owner who was tending the store. Getting back to my SUV it was to find my key fob was dead. The son walked to his home not far from the store and gave me a 4 battery pack. No charge! Just great! MTremendous.
