This is my 2nd pneumatic elevator. Bought my first one when they had recently come out with it in my previous house. Loved it. so when I built a new house, I ordered the same elevator. Still love it! It works great, always. Very reliable, looks beautiful and works well. Elevator Service Company is a great company. Whatever, I have needed (which is not much), they have always been responsive. I would not hesitate to buy another elevator from them.

My elderly parents bought 2 residential stair lifts from this company several years ago. They signed up for the expensive 750/year service plan as well. With that as background, here is the short list of SERIOUS COMPLAINTS: 1. Supposed 24-hour service does not exist. The stairs got stuck, called the service number and no one answered (multiple times). Had to get the fire department to save us. When we finally got through they would not send someone for a several days. UNACCEPTABLE. 2. The ollers\ wore out. Sent tech over to repair but could not. Charged over 700 for the service call even though they did not fix it and we were under their paid service plan. UNACCEPTABLE. 3. Asked for a quote to replace the units. They included sales tax which is NOT required for medical devices as a way to juice their charge. UNACCEPTABLE. 4. Called to terminate the service contract and asked for a pro rata refund of the unused time. They would not return my call on this despite numerous follow ups. UNACCEPTABLE. Bottom line - don't use these guys!!!
Terrible company. Horrible customer service and their elevators are tacky and sub par at best. horrible owners too

Avoid this company if you value American workers. This company clearly does not value their employees. Their bad attitude and behavior towards an employee whose father in law was gunned down in front of his family in the mass shooting in Las Vegas is disgusting and a demonstration of their complete lack of decency and values. Do not reward them with your business. They don't deserve it.
