In 24 years of doing business in this area, I've dealt with hundreds of businesses in this area. I love small businesses, because owners take responsibility for themselves. But I've also found some service-based companies that have learned to cheat the system, inflate their bill or charge me for things that I didn't need. He runs his business with open, honest communication, is up-front about his pricing, and I've repeatedly seen him go the extra mile for his clients, without charging them for it.
