I ordered a few items from ERA online store. One of the item had missing parts, Tibor @ ERA was super friendly to resolve the issue and mailed me the missing parts. Awesome customer service, would definitely shop here again!

I purchased a graphics card from the era site online which worked perfectly and arrived quickly. It should be noted that most items are priced at used value. When you go to checkout, expect taxes and high shipping costs on top of this. You could get a better deal locally if you have the time to look.

Had some positive and some negative experiences with this company. It depends on who you get. My first interaction was buying a laptop and it went really well. The person was very nice and sent the link, went there and I got to bargan on the spot for a decent deal. Next time around I sent the link to order like I did the previous time and they had no idea what I was doing. Lots of trouble and back n forth with them on how I had to go on the website and order online, get a order number etc. etc. Finally got the second item without any barganing or seeming of interest. I go home and the item didnt work as expected. I had troubles contacting them for a refund and had issues again with them but was finally given my refund after being given an email. So be weary when going there, not all of their staff are friendly or helpful...
