Worst experience! I've ordered the item online and the website stated that is on stock. After 10 days and no delivery I've decided to contact them. First day, they said that someone will get back to me with info regarding the order. Second day after no contact, they told me that the item is not in warehouse and will take another few days to receive it and 3- 5 days to have it delivered. I decided to cancel the order and now after 24 days from the order and more then 10 days after cancellation still waiting for my refund....

Ordered an extractor fan, 7 days later and it still hadn't been dispatched. After calling them they said they had warehouse delays, but promised it would be sent within 48 hours. 3 days later and they still havent dispatched the item. No contact or apology.... I will not be using this company again.

After sales service is abysmal. Girona panel heater purchased and delivered with 2 faults, chip on the glass panel, panel screw loose and will not refit. Two emails with attached photos and two calls to voicemail and no acknowledgement in over 1 month. Totally ignored. Do not purchase from Electricpoint if you expect help when things go wrong. You have been warned.
