There is huge problem in paying electricity bill through offline mode people must pay their bill through online mode for their convenience.There is not proper way to communicate to them
It's really bad ....their is no system ...
People have to wait for long hours to pay their electricity bill here. The problem is not the number of people coming to pay the bill but the problem is with the internet service they are using. Their internet connection stops responding every now and then and this is just unbearable. Sometimes you wait for so long to pay your bill and then they say that internet has stopped so please come tomorrow. Very unprofessional service. Its vary much better to pay the bill online.
