My only issue is with no one answering phone during office hours - happy they are busy. I couldn't get a call back from the Nurses, so I had to get over to my regular doctor's office to get the help I needed for the pain I was in. They scheduled a procedure for me that was close to 2 weeks out and I needed help in between so I could take care of my family and be able to work. I got a call to confirm my appointment but also let me know that my insurance hasn't given authorization for the procedure and my co-pay was already a few hundred dollars. This was on a Friday. Monday was a holiday. The procedure was scheduled Tuesday. I never heard anything from them again, even on the day of my procedure. I tried to call to find out if it was still happening, and confirm preparation but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. It was miscommunication on my end because I should have worked harder to work this out. But I won't be returning unless I absolutely have to. They are great for stomache issues that aren't serious and you can wait a few weeks. But when the ER has helped and sends you to a specialist, it's because someone needs help and they might not be functioning like they normally would due to discomfort and pain. It's a time when they need as much information as possible. Try it for yourself and see. It could work for you.

I am a patient of Dr. Usta and I been his patient for a couple of years. He is a God-send to me. He cares about his patients and I trust his knowledge and expertise so much. He’s honest and he doesn’t order tests unnecessarily and works very hard to try and resolve your illness to the best of his ability. I’m so glad he is my gastro doctor and his compassion speaks volumes!

I met Dr. RICHARD Eisenman 10yrs ago @ JFK Hospital after almost drinking myself to death over the previous 15 years and the night before I was given Last Rites,he stood at the foot of my hospital bed,took a quick look at my chart and said \What is such a young woman doing here?\ Smartypants that I am I told him I overserved myself and the vodka won.He told me that, with my permission,he would like to help me!The Fight was just beginning! Over the next month (June 6th July 4th)he did all the fighting and I did all the sleeping,that is when my 5 year old Daughter wasn't visiting. Dr. Richard Eisenman,so kind,patient and handsome had saved my life and I got to watch my sweet little girl grow into a beautiful, kind and caring young lady and she is now training to be a paramedic! THANK-YOU with ALL OF OUR HEARTS RICHARD, YOU ARE FOREVER MY FAVORITE DOCTOR!

I specifically asked for an appointment after lunch. They called me in the back only to wait another 30 mins. The room the freezing and I felt very uncomfortable. The Dr. never showed up. I was assured that I was going to be the first appointment after lunch. The appointment was just a follow-up. You can call to confirm a thousand times for appointment but still can't see patients in a timely manner, so unacceptable. Plus, I had to travel over 15 miles away.

Was trying to be a new patient. Appointment with Dr. Rene. Explained what I was going through. then the doctor basically said I have to agree and schedule a colonoscopy. Otherwise there was nothing further to discuss. Not a word about other test like se SeD rate, etc. No it had to be an invasive procedure. Within 3 mins, got up and walked out of the room, leaving myself and the medical assistant. Very caring and professional of her. If you want to go through the ringer. Pay for all the tests and get no assistance till then because thats what she says is how its going to happen. Want someone not to care how much you are suffering. This is the place for you. Otherwise recommend seeking other medical assistance. Paid the visit fee to have my weight taken, blood pressure and 3 mins of a doctors time while they looked at the ceiling. No worse or better than I was before I walked in. Though clearly got nothing but spoken down to and ignorantly.
