I try to avoid the bus at all costs but sometimes don't have a choice. They are always late and severely overpriced (busses 320 and 324). Service is often very bad because of unfriendly / rude drivers that clearly hate their jobs (in my experience especially inpatient with foreigners). Filing complaints has no use, when you call customer support they always have a BS excuse for whatever you're complaining about. Save the hassle and use a bike or cab instead!

Sad service. Buses too early or too late (either departing from Eindhoven station or arriving at local bus stops), chauffeurs don't stop for passengers sometimes, and sometimes buses never show up. Sometimes, the buses have a different number displayed, so you never know what the actual line number is until the bus is leaving, in which case they won't even open the doors to pick you up. And the worst part is, I don't think the customer service actually cares. They take your complaint but nothing seems to be done about it.
