The worst experience. Me and my friend got the voucher from social deal and the arrangement listed on the website has not been performed(no hamam). The guy from staff was awkward and irritating, invaded our personal space multiple times. Tried to convince that we didn't understand the arrangement listed on the social deal website due to language issues (dutch). But other couple visited the place at the same time had the same "missunderstanding". Just very unpleasant experience.

Worst commercial experience in the Netherlands. They did not want to scan a Social Deal coupon from the phone. The website of Social Deal in preparations for that, blocked the coupon to be accessed from phones. I realized until I was there. The personal at the Haman was not helpful (like for example allow us to access the coupon from their computer). As the coupon was going to expire in a period in which we were out of the country we explained our situation in order to use it, then they wrote our name and phone number so we could use it after we come back. When we came back and tried to call, they were on holidays, we needed to send an email, we did. We did not get a reply and when finally they pick up the phone the promise was broken, coupon was not to be use anymore. Actually after this experience we felt deceived and fooled. I give a star because I can not give less.
The staff was very friendly they do the job they have to do but I had a Very unpleasant experience, i had i Groupon with specific treatment, make my appointment a month in advance. The day of the appointment self started well but then then was wait wait then they start with me Again wait wait, the staff was little bit chaotic they didn't know really what to do and to who, i ask what was going on and why i was still waiting they didn't know, The shower area smell very bad and isn't very well maintained. At the end i didn't got the service I paid for Then i found out they had a new owner and that was the reason for the chaos. Will never go back to this Hamman or recommend it.

Hele fijne gastvrije hamam vooral met hakan een topgozer die onze hele avond tot op de puntjes heeft verzorgd.De behandeling was echt top Echt een aanrader deze hamam,heel hygiënisch en we komen zeker terug!!!!Een dikke 10!!!!!
