Service department is horrible with time management. I set up an appointment for a task that literally would take them 10 minutes tops. I waited around for a full 2 hours before they got my vehicle in. What is the point in setting up an appointment when they will just do the work when they get around to it?! They charge a full hour of labor for the task that literally took minutes for them to complete and completely refuse to combine two tasks into one and charge you for only one visit. Both things I wanted them to do involved hooking my vehicle up to their diagnostic computer and performing a 5 minute or less programming task, but they would not do both for the 140 per hour that they charge. I wish I got paid an entire hour of work for working for 5 minutes. It's things like this that make people want to stick with older vehicles that don't force you to go to the dealership for something as simple as getting a replacement key or changing a light bulb. This greedy world is going straight to hell.
