The facility was clean and organized. Nice staff too! I ran into a woman cleaning one day and wow she put a real shine on those floors.... and was also super nice as well. How customers are treated can make or break it for doing future business. Sometimes people forget this, but these folks did well. Which, is why they get 4/5 from me. I almost went five star...

I've been storing at Sentinel Storage for the past 5 years. The facility is always kept so clean and the employees are always happy to help whenever I've needed it. Thank you so much to Memory and Albert for always being there and providing such awesome customer service. If I ever require storage again you guys will be my first call! - L
I would highly recommend Sentinel storage off Fort Rd! They have been very helpful and accommodating. The space is well maintained and clean. Memory and Albert are lovely!
A really easy process and good experience. Memory ( Site Manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I just told her all my concern and in just under an hour she had everything set up! Superb customer service!
