they trying to renovate but still dirty and items not repaired and no compassion to visitors...no one cares about parking and exits....two ass hols parked and blocked two exits and did not care... i had to back up all the way around parking lot with truck even after i tild the door man told him something need ti be dine but his answer was he does not care its not his problem....nice....
The Polish Hall is absolutely beautiful. Chris was an absolute gentlemen and professional. Throughout the entire time, we were taken care of no questions asked. Food was great. We had our brother’s wedding there and we felt completely safe during covid 19 with their safety protocols in place. I definitely recommend here for any weddings/ceremonies.
Having been at a wedding previously at the Polish Hall I was happy to choose them as my own wedding venue.... However as we all know Covid happened. Now I have been not only a bride this summer but also have been bridesmaid in 2 of my friends wedding. On the whole Vendors have been amazing to deal with from agreeing to smaller packages/ refunds for services no longer needed. My one friend had no issue from her hall recieving a refund as she went for a backyard wedding. I too opted for a backyard wedding having picked our wedding date with care and it was significant to us. When I approached the Polish hall I regard to a refund 2 months in advance I was told flat out no it was not their policy. I countered that of course i understood that in ordinary circumstances that was the case, but asked if they had exceptions for all that was going on. Again I was told no to rebook my wedding as to not lose the deposit. I explained that the date we chose was significant and I didn't want to change it, the last response I recieved was a brush off "good luck". The absolute lack of compassion and indifference I was treated with blows my mind. Even if they'd have offered a half refund I would have been grateful, I mean we all work hard for our money, i wasn't rude and payed for services never rendered and was barely spared a 2 sentence email for my troubles. Needless to say j would not recommend their services to anyone I know.
Nice place to rent for a big party
Our wedding took place on September 21, 2019. We booked the Ballroom well in advance (16 months) to accommodate about 230 people. We were in close contact with Cathy who was available to assist us when needed. She answered many questions and allowed us ample time for setup and take down of our belongings. When the day came, the grand ballroom looked amazing and the two of us couldn’t have been happier. The food was great and the price was very reasonable. We also decided to bring our own liquor and paid the corkage per person, which made our total cost more economical. With newer renovations and great lighting, a modern wedding is exactly what we got. We added our own touches to give a bit of a rustic feel as well. On the Monday after our wedding, our alcohol was packed up and ready to go thanks to the help of Dylan. We were able to gather our belongings and leave without worry of missing something Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend the Polish Hall as a venue for future weddings.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good.
Venue is nice. Updates look good. Staff is friendly. Holds a very large crowd (our group was 280) but the food was very mediocre. Our chicken breasts were flavorful, but not cooked properly. Vegetables were bland and boring.
