New management and what a difference. Customer service is #1 to Tapan and works hard to please his customers, whether it be renting a storage space or a vehicle. I would recommend Budget Self Storage on the west end of Edmonton as they are making strides to ensure you are safe and secure.

Doesn't both to disclose full fees and charges, including the fact that all vans and larger are charged by the KM. This is included in the agreement but never mentioned at all by customer service, had to call Expedia to have the bill reduced.
