We have been renting a unit for the past 2 years and the staff has been very helpful! on multiple occasions we've had troubles with locks and other personal issues and they're always willing to help and very understandable. I definitely recommend!
Very impressed, would use them again, and I do recommend this location to others. Central downtown, #112 bus runs close as well as G.M.C.C.'s LRT. Always clean and friendly, helpful staff. Various sizes and great affordable rates. Mailbox rentals. Very professional all around. Even during the pandemic they adapted great to continue to serve me well.
Nothing but great things to say about affordable storage. First off the staff are beyond amazing and friendly. Secondly, the building is safe and your items are going to be kept in great shape. The prices for various units are reasonable too. I'd place items there again if needed in a heartbeat!!
