Highly recommend, David Selkirk was superb throughout my experience. Always willing to help and go that extra mile! I was constantly asking questions and he was always there to answer and help me anyway he could. Never tried to push me with the sale, showed me what was on offer and stepped back and gave me the time to decide in my own time.

I placed a deposit on a Vw Tiguan to secure the vehicle, Joe Stenhouse subsequently imposed unrealistic terms and conditions on me to collect and pay the car within a very short amount of time knowing full well i had suspected Coronavirus the day i was due to view the car and live almost 200 miles away. He then advises the business manager wants the car for a family member.... i suspect this is why Western VW applied so much pressure to me knowing full well i could not meet their demands. I've asked for internal email address to voice my complaint and my request was ignored. Im very disappointed as I really wanted this vehicle.

Took my car in for a service as part of my service plan. I knew my car had problems do was expecting to pay a few hundred to get everything sorted. On the day of collection I was phoned and told my suspension needed replaced and would cost an extra 1000. I didn't want to spend that much as I was already spending alot for what was getting fixed. Took my car to my regular mechanic and he told me my suspension was absolutely fine. Be very careful if you go to this garage I'd take your car to someone trusted who won't try and milk money from you.
