I just wanted to provide a quick review of the service that I received from Portolio Ltd during the process of marketing and ultimately selling my investment property. I was introduced to Ross & Chris through my letting agent and informed that Portolio specialise in selling investment properties to active investors. Ross immediately got to work in order to obtain the required information and photographs of the property to allow marketing to start as quickly as possible. Although the property took longer to sell than both Portolio and myself wanted, I have been very impressed with the way that Ross maintained focus and never stopped marketing & promoting my property. Ultimately we did achieve a sale at a price that was acceptable for both myself and the investor/buyer.
