I bought my house in Northwich from James Peacocks Property and they were completely faultless from start to finish. Gerry was flexible with viewing times, coming across from home to allow us to view on one occasion. On the day of completion, there was a delay in funds from my sale so Gerry invited me to stay in the office (with my dog) for hours, providing me with endless coffee and chocolate. Even after completion (when they officially have no legal ties to the property), they were extremely supportive when one of the appliances didn't work and providing information as required. Would highly recommend them!

Not amazed at the customer service given by this company. Me and my friend are looking to rent our first place, I expressed my interest in a property by emailing the estate agent via rightmove.com. I didn't give my details, or more importantly the details of my would be housemate, nor was I asked for them. I was told we weren't successful, which is fine. But that decision was made quite unfairly, I made it clear somebody else would be living with me but nobody asked for their details.
