We had a wrap round extension construction build by Mark and his very hard working professional team this year 2019. The extension consists of 47 Square metres a kitchen, dinning area and a sun lounge.. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone and already have. The break neck speed they work at is amazing it took them 4 weeks from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is first class. They start on time never missing a day and often to keep the build on time work on into the evening.. Mark and Craig keep you up to date every day with what is going on and will help in any way. They were very respectfull of us all expecaly my two daughters they never once made us feel uncomfortable all of them gentlemen. They keep the mess to a minimal and make sure the site is fit to live in at all times. Mark keeps to the plans and not one penny over budget. To make life easy for yourself make sure you know what you want and are happy with all the plans sizes and where lights and fittings are going the speed of this team can catch you out I say this as a positive thing. Crag the master jonner is just that we hired him to fit the kitchen and flooring he works very hard and long hours to ensure the final product in exactly what you want even helping out with design he has a life time experience of fitting kitchens and some fantastic ideas the finished product is quite simply stunning I could go on and on at how impressive they all are and how happy we are but will end with a big thank you to Mark Craig and his team for everything they did for us and more.

Mark recently completed a large kitchen/dining, bedroom/en-suite extension for us at our home in Edinburgh. Mark and his team are very hardworking and diligent, and the job was completed on time and quicker than we thought was possible (especially compared to timelines from other builders). Mark also worked hard to keep us on budget, so we had very little extra expense from his original quote. Mark communicated everything to us and kept us updated along the way (he also provided invaluable advice throughout, helping us make decisions and providing contacts). Any small issues or changes we had during the build were (very!) quickly dealt with. Most importantly we felt we had a good relationship with Mark and he made the whole process as stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone and hope to work with him again for any house renovations in the future - thanks very much again Mark!
Mark and his team have excellent in providing his services for the house extension we have had built due to a change in family circumstances. Mark was able to look at plans and offer excellent advice on dimensions, alternative solutions and making the most of the space we had to get the best outcome for us as a family. Under promised and over delivered immensely. Quality of work and services provided have been of upmost quality under Mark’s watchful eye. Would highly recommend him and his team for all types of building work, large or small.
Well there we are, in what seems like no time at all and right on schedule, we're now fully up and running again after having Mark look after us over the last couple of months building out our extension. We've got nothing but praise for the way Mark has both done his work, and worked with us to allow us to stay in house throughout There were a few things that we really rated in particular warranting the 5 stars: - One team, one job - Mark means this - he was here every day (and evening if we needed help) working with his team, something we valued a lot (rather than the concept of multiple jobs dividing up time). For us that was key. What it meant for us was an 'always available' attitude from Mark, whether that was coming round and double checking roof coverings out of hours when the snow got bad, or whether it was moving furniture. You definitely feel like you'e the focus, not someone's 'income' - Work quality - top job, everything is 'just so', and it feels like it's been (in an oft used term many moons ago) 'built British'. It's not going anywhere this, and you get real confidence from the daily explanations of what's what as you go. - Advice - when it comes to it, architectural drawings can lead you down awkward roads when site sizes don't match or things are in 'difficult' places. Mark had the advice that kept us right through Dec and Jan. - Team - Mark has a great team - they all like working with Mark, and he gets the best out of folk. - Speed - one job means it's done quicker. And we've now seen the evidence. Well done Mr Brock. A fine job, on time, and beyond spec. Wouldn't look anywhere else in future years if we did this kind of thing again.
Had an appointment booked for Mark to come and quote for an extension, a piece of work in the region of 20 - 30K. Mark didn't show up, didn't phone, text nor send an e-mail. When phoned the person who answered (on the mobile number from the website) said 'I'm supposed to be with you now aren't I?' and then put the phone down. You may decide this is not the sort of customer service you would like from a building firm, who are coming to do work in your house. #cityexperts #edinburghcityexperts #edincityexperts
