BEWARE , Anthony Marino is a unethical person to work with, I was trying to buy a home from him and his partner Custom Home Builders and he ran my credit before giving me a contract and i now know why.. The contract was VERY shady , He would not let me submit a REAL Florida contract through a realtor or edit the current contract i paid a lawyer to look over, Lawyer said DO NOT. Anthony told me i HAD TO get financed through him in order to buy the house and make changes .. Be very careful if you use this guy for financing or buy a home from CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS. Also raised the price of the house 5000 dollars and now the house is listed 250 sq ft larger then it was on my contract.. 2170 from 1901 House got bigger ? Now 25000 more then my contract of 399000.00 .. 13928 59th Ct N, Royal Palm Beach

The Contractor built my home and remodeled my restaurant and I will refer him to any new home buyer and anyone who need a buildout for a business. Luiz assisted me with all my needs and created my dream come true home and designed my restaurant to perfection. All assisted with My Liberty Loans with Anthony Marino.
