My massage was for 3:15pm they took me in at 3:20pm started at 3:25 pm felt rushed and by 4:13 it ended. They indicate 60 minute massage I can understand taking 5 minutes to get undressed but this is unacceptable. When addressed at front desk they indicated it’s only 50 minutes yet I didn’t even receive 50 minutes. Therapist was good but the massage felt super rushed no real care for the reason I was there and less time than indicated. Super disappointed\u200d️

I walked in excited and happy, only to leave disgusted after speaking with her front customer service agent by the name of valerino. I walked in, ready to pay for services and the membership but unfortunately I was talked to rudely repeatedly, looked at crazy and I know the lady was out of order, because the gal who sat next to her and my girlfriend both saw and gave me looks of shock because of her rude disposition, responses and stares. After reading the reviews, I’m happy the girl at the front desk was rude because I’m now going to take my business elsewhere.
I arrived later due the weather and traffic and fire trucks blocking their entrance. So instead of accommodating s member that has been there for more than a year. They chose to charge me the full session and finish 10 minutes sooner but still charge me the full session. The membership is a rip off you can get better massages for less, if you cancel membership and you have session available you lose them so the money you paid is gone. I do not recommend. I was promised an email and when I called for status we just sent it. Never received really poor service.
Worst investment I could have ever made in my life. Don’t bother doing the contracts. They do not explain contacts properly to you but of course take your money whenever they can. And for you to make any simple change to your account you have to let them know 10 days before. Just because I was short by one day they did not want to accommodate me. They don’t remind you when freezes on your account are about to expire but sure do call for you to come get serviced. They are not flexible nor accommodating at all! I’ve been called multiple times very last minute before my appointment about my massage therapist or esthetician calling out. Never going to get serviced by them again and canceling as soon as I use up my services elsewhere.
Expected better.
