I have just had an Andersen 2 fitted by Ecoplugg. Mick arrived in a timely manner completed the job with minimum disruption, while I was working from home, and the install was really neat and tidy. I would recommend Ecoplugg to anyone wanting a friendly and reliable service from start to finish. I am so glad I did my research and waited for the charger I wanted. If Apple made chargers they would look like the Andersen 2! Just another 4 months to wait for the Mini SE to finally arrive and I will have the complete package.

Excellent work, very neat install and every attention to detail was followed, friendly installer with a lot of care and pride in his work, communications was excellent and would use again in the future, totally satisfied customer.
Dean and his team provide a fantastic service and backup. We would recommend them to anyone and nothing is too much trouble. We have had a new Zappi which was replaced and installed within 2 days and this week our lead failed. After a call to Dean, a replacement was sent to us the next day and Paul fitted it 2 days later. Amazing service
I had 2 EV chargers installed by Ecoplugg. Dean talked me through the process and he gave me advice on how to reduce energy expenditure whilst being ecofriendly. His quotation was decent. The installation was done quickly and the after sales has been excellent.
Ecoplugg were very helpful when we were researching which charger to go for. Going through the pros and cons for each one in relation to our requirements and setup. What have both solar and a battery so a more complicated setup that others. Craig and George were very knowledgeable in explaining the reasons behind choosing one particular charger over another. Once we had decided we wanted to go with a Myenergi Zappi it was time to arrange an installation. We were happy to wait but then the government decided to slash the OLEV contribution from 500 to 350. Gina and the team found a way to juggle appointments and get us in before the cutoff. 150 better off in my pocket than the governments. Installation was a breeze and Dean has answered plenty of post installation queries and support questions that we've had. We would definitely recommend Dean and the rest of the team at Ecoplugg. You'll be in the hands of knowledgeable and dedicated people with a passion for EV's and EV charging.
