I bought a multifuel burner way back in September last year and have waited to see how it goes before writing a review. I can honestly say I could not be happier. There was a problem with the size of the opening to the chimney breast in my house (it's not a traditional build) and Joseph went over and above to find me a suitable burner. Helpful and efficient service in the showroom, professional and quality fitting. I can highly recommend.

From the initial visit to the showroom to installation by Shaun - everything was perfect. We found our dream fireplace at a very reasonable cost. Excellent service from every member of staff we met from our initial enquiry and visit to the showroom, the home visit by Chris to measure and quote for the job to the fitters who completed the work in one day as promised. All work was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with our new fireplace and fire. Would highly recommend.
