I cannot praise the staff enough, i telephoned the practice this morning in absolute agony. The receptionist tried everything she could to try and get me an emergency appointment, however she was unable to. Within approx half an hour she called me back with a cancellation. From receiving that call and getting my treatment was all within an hour. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, great customer service and treatment from the Dentist.

Called up during covid (second lockdown when dentists were open) because I have an infection in my tooth which has been going on since the beginning of lockdown. When I explained that I'm terrified of dentists because of a traumatic experience, this was met with \most people are\! I'm a key worker so I called on a day that I would be available to attend an appointment but was told I could only be seen on the one day I definitely could not make it. No understanding what so ever and very rude.... Do not recommend if you have any actual problems or a fear of dentists!

This is is a delayed review. The dentist I was seen by (Smita Atul) was very rude and unfriendly. She treated me horribly and provided no help whatsoever. She couldn't do her job properly and she refused to recommend any dental products. She shouldn't be working there as it is very clear that she doesn't enjoy her job. Even the receptionist ignored us. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

I have been going to this now for a few years and I've yet to find fault with it. The dental surgery itself is very moden and clean. The times I have been there the staff were nice. As for the dentist themselves, they were very good. Thoughtful and caring . I think this dental surgery is one of the best around. I haven't found a nicer place. I have been to a few dentist's, which were aweful, compared to them this one is lovely. It's a shame that they don't do a Saturday clinic, for people that can't get there in the week due to working

They've all been great! Really nice staff, don't usually have to wait very long for an appointment, probably the best dentist I've been to! Five Star
