A corporate doctor recommended I go UnityPoint since I didn't have a primary physician. I saw Dr. Miller and he and the staff at UnityPoint were excellent. I just had bloodwork done at 8:15 AM and had the results along with a thorough note from Dr. Miller sent to me by 2:00 PM the same day. It's the best I've ever been treated at a medical facility.

Dr. Michael Tesluk, PT, DPT

Was looking for a new PCP and came across this location which was in-network with my insurance. I saw Dr. Michael Miller and I was very pleased with my visit. The facility is clean and modernized, and every one of the staff that I interacted with was extremely friendly. They have their \Speak Up\ policy to allow you to interrupt any one of their employees at any time to clarify or ask questions. Dr. Miller was very kind and thorough and explained things well. At the end of the visit, I had my online (and app) accessible portal set up, and a physical printout summary of my visit and results, and my next appointment scheduled. Would recommend this location, and especially Dr. Miller.

Originally was a one star review for bad customer service. But got a call back apologizing for their error. Appreciate when people own up to their mistakes. Plus Dr Miller is one of the best drs I’ve had!

I've been going there since my original childhood male Dr. relocated to this location and finally retired. I had a Dr for two years that listened to my concerns and acted appropriately to any conditions I cam in for, mainly Poison Ivy. They relocated out of country. I requested greeting consults from three Doctors to judge my next Dr. bedside manners, Dr Robert Adams was very personable and listened attentively. The other two were great also, but Dr Adams related to my concerns a bit more it seemed. During your first visit, ask to greet a few Dr. so you can see which one you feel comfortable with. If you don't feel comfortable, you can switch, it's your choice.

Horrible office I've ever been to. One of the doctors said I 'look' healthy and there is no need for any blood work for my annual physical exam. I told him few of my symptoms and wanted to know if there was any deficiency. He outrightly dismissed my concerns and said I look healthy. After a month, blood tests were ordered by other physician and I had severe iron and B12 deficiency. I initially called for an appointment with Dr. Miller, they said he is not available then and asked me if I was ok with other doctor for that time. I was ok, but, since he turned out to be useless, for next visit, I requested appointment with Dr.miller and the lady on the phone was rude enough, asking me to tell her reason why I did not want to go the same doctor. She told me she cannot get an appointment with dr. Miller unless I tell her the reason. I was told that without permission of the previous doctor, they usually don't assign a patient to a new doctor. Whoever that lady was, I hope she knows she is beyond ridiculous.
