Outstanding service! Fred is amazing and so attentive. It was my first time at Red Lobster and I had mentioned that to him. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Checked up on us often, brought us extra biscuits and even offered to take a picture to commemorate the occasion. The crab cakes were great. The rest of the food was generally average but five stars for Fred!

I came for my usual lobster roll and sides . Well this is what I got. The roll was burnt and the toppings was strewn over the plate and bun not even a effort made to open it and present it. Upsetting One choice of hot tea it was kind of agitating. Nothing like a nice orange cream tea. The highlite was the waiter Fred was so attentive and accommodating even when everything was readily available to him he suggested substitutions. Amazing a one service

All I have to say is your server, Fred, is seriously awesome!! I think he was the best waiter I’ve ever had. Attentive, great personality and great service. I will be asking for him every time I come back.

Haven't been here in a year, since the pandemic. It's questionable whether I will return. My fish was overcooked, dry and had a fishy underlying taste a sure sign it's not fresh.

Red Lobster is different from what I remember. It has been awhile since I've been last. The biscuits are definitely \different\. By that I mean healthier, less flavorful. But I can understand why because they were probably loaded w/carbs, calories & sodium. But too bad I can taste a difference. My husband had lobster Mac & cheese. I had snow crab legs w/baked potato & asparagus on the side. The service was good. No other complaints.
