I am glad this location strictly follows the social distancing guidelines: There a confident check in area, the seats are spaced out and everyone wears their proper PPE. Before my turn , I notice there was a difficult patient (totally a Kevin type) giving the staff a hard time. Even under pressure, she had the utter most professional respond and mannerism. When I was called I was in and out of the office so fast! I wish all my errands would be so swift.

I was so nervous going in today after I read the reviews when I went to look up directions. It was so quick and easy. I made an appointment and I checked in at 10:45 with the barcode on my email, they called me in a minute later. Got everything done and I was back in my car at 11. Super quick I did not experience a dirty bathroom, it is slightly run down looking but not dirty looking. In my opinion if you want to be in and out then make an appointment.

The staff was extremely rude and the place was dirty. 11 days after the visit I got a letter (A LETTER, NOT A PHONECALL) that on the day of my visit someone from the staff was sick with COVID and I possibly could've been exposed. Why no one gave me a call to warn me faster, but another few days passed while the letter got to me. I could have infected hundreds of other people already. Also told me to give them a credit card for 150 charge in case my insurance doesn't pay. I said I was never asked to do that before, and my insurance was fine, to what they replied they wouldn't do bloodwork if I don't give them my credit card.

I used their automated check-in system. After waiting a half hour I asked front desk if I missed my name. She then informed me that it wasn't working and I still had to check in at the front desk. The computer told me to take a seat and wait to be called. No sign or anything said I needed to check in with the front desk. Just complete lack of caring by the front desk staff. The Phlebotomist was awesome though.
