Douglas Miller

A new and beautiful terminal but with very limited eating options during delayed flights. One bar/restaurant near terminal 2 and a prepackaged food and snack store near terminal 3. It is a bit of the roll of the dice at times getting to land and take off as weather can be problematic in this tight valley. Comfortable seating and a great vista make waiting not so bad. Great bus and shuttle service are available and easy to find to the west corner of the terminal just beyond baggage claims.

This airport is small and convenient to the Vail Valley. The place is light on amenities and that's ok. Flying out of here saves you a 2-6 hour drive to Denver. Time depending on weather and traffic...

Beautiful facility with a straight forward and welcoming atmosphere. The fireplaces in the terminal are a cozy feeling bonus to go with the amazing views of Eagle county mountains.

Great little airport fill with nice people and charm. It is easy to get in and out of with full amenities. Everyone is efficient and gets the job done quickly.

Pretty nice for a little airport. Looks modern and well maintained. We came in at night and left early morning so not sure if F&B options were supposed to be open or were closed for COVID. Did see some little snack stand open though. They have a car service called Epic Mountain Express based right inside the airport at the baggage claim area. Book a private car with them in advance. Very efficient way to get to/from the airport. Place not big enough for an airline lounge. Saw maybe 10 gates total.
