The physical location is permanently closed. The company can be called and appointments can be made, but DO NOT go to the physical location, because it isn't open. I've called many times and always get a pre-recorded message saying "We are currently with a customer. Please leave a message and you will receive a call back."

I arrived here to be met with a note on the door saying they only provide service by calling and making an appointment first and that they only do pick up within a 20 mile radius. The owner of the company “shares the shop” with a completely Unaffiliated business with a friend or something of his. The other business said they get a lot of complaints because the owner of the Repair shop isn’t ever here and when customers drive here they are turned away. The shop is filthy, and again shared with something completely unaffiliated, it looks like they must work on cars or something but I really don’t want my delicate computer being worked on in a car shop. I was given a card, I called and no one even bothered to pick up the line. I do not recommend this place At all If I could give this place zero starts I would but I’m force to give just one.

On 11/24/2005 at 4:09 pm I came to this location in hope to find help but those unresponsable careless people they were closed and they supposed to be open at that time because them schedule at that day to 6:00 pm ...hmmm but wait let's say that have emergency but even that....still they should keep some one to receive the calls and customers when they came that what the professional company's do to show to your customers that them time important to you . And anther issue which guided me crezy is the location at Google map is not correct and the picture where show the intersection Anaheim blve and Cerritos not even close to the shop ,actually they located next to Rose restaurant . so that show you how ridiculous and careless they are . If I have a business I will make sure that my customers find me easily. Not leave them spending half hour to find it. That what happen with me and when i did, it was closed .So my conclusion to keep far away from this place Cus if they do not care about them business so how they will care about your business. Think about it

Answered the call while juggling multiple calls on speaker. When asked why Rep said "what does it matter to you?!" No concept of how to handle a customer at all!
