Hallo , \u200fI really like your products and happy continuous always with your new products it's really wonderful ,, but today I was Düsseldurf branches and I bought some düfte and creams, and I asked the salesFrau Why they send me a card that I am a man, while I am a woman and I like to buy for myself not for my husband !! her answer to me was without respect, and she said to me where is the problem ?! Widerliches Personal. Heute habe ich mir die Zeit genommen, speziell den Laden in den Düsseldorf Arcaden zu besuchen. Der Laden ist genug von meinem Haus entfernt. Die Anzahl der Ladenbesucher ist begrenzt, also wartete ich geduldig auf meine Warteschlange (ungefähr 10 Minuten). Ich habe 3 Minuten damit verbracht, das Sortiment anzuschauen. Dann kam der Verkäufer zu mir und fragte, ob ich bereit bin, die Ware zu kaufen. Ich wollte nur kurz überlegen, aber der Verkäufer bat mich, den Laden zu verlassen. Am Eingang warteten drei Personen und Sie standen nicht zu lange wegen meiner Wahl da. Ich fand keine Antwort auf diese Unhöflichkeit und verließ schweigend den Laden. Ein solcher Alptraum passierte mit mir sogar in Russland, wo ich die Yves Rocher Produktion kennenlernte, nicht. Das Geschäft in Düsseldorf Arcaden werde ich nie mehr besuchen und dachte darüber nach, ob es sich lohnt, die Produktion dieser Marke wegen dieser Beziehung zu den Kunden zu kaufen. Sehr schade, weil ich die Produktion wirklich mag.
