I was to DTPdirect to check if my MacBook is working str8 and clean it so i dont get any corrosion in the future, after i spilled 3 drops of water on the keyboard. . They send me an email that my keyboard is broken and i have to give them 560e (or something like that) to change the topcase and the battery. i didnt have this amount of money and decided to take a external keyboard.. I took my Computer and test it.. The Keyboard was WORKING PERFECT(what a surprise) But there was other problem. the wi-fi Antenna was unplugged. Ok.. i go back in the store and one of the guys was so unfriendly i was just stunned.. He stood on the door and was asking something like \what do u want\ and ive got the feeling that he didnt want to let me in.. I gave back the MAcBook they fixed it... and i got home finish my final Project for school. Lest week was the presentation of the projects and guess what.. I understood that my mic. is not working as i started.. idk what to say but imagine how i felt. (Timo i think is his name, was super friendly and nice- just for the record) Sorry!

Very good customer service . I had problem with my Macbook and they give me estimate day to repair with in three to five working days but I got a call within two days. and I'm very happy to got my macbook within the time frame with execlent service .

Toller service. Die Techniker sind nett und freundlich. Der Prozess war reibungslos. Es hat nur 4 Tage gedauert, mein Macbook zu reparieren. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
