This all started with my damaged suitcase when travelling to Germany. I filed a report with the airline and they said the suitcase repairer will contact me to collect the suitcase for repair. First, the suitcase repairer scheduled a collection and they told me that GLS will contact me before they come over to my house. On that day, I didn't received any call and when I was back to my home, I saw a notice from GLS and saying that they will come again next day. So I purposely work from home on that entire day and I don't even dare to step out from my house not even 1 minute. But after waited until 6pm, I checked the tracking status I noticed that they updated the system at 4pm saying that the owner is not at home! WTF! Then I called the suitcase repairer and then they told me I don't have to stay at home the next day and I can reschedule the pick up from my office. So I brought my suitcase to my company and leave it with my receptionist. Guess what, the suitcase is not collected. So I have to call the suitcase repairer again and then they said they will reschedule again. Once again, they did not pick up. Today, I saw the GLS van was delivering some stuffs to my company and I asked my receptionist whether they collected my suitcase. She said they didn't. So I call the suitcase repairer again and check the status. They told me that GLS said they couldn't find my company. WTF again....I told them I saw their van this morning, how come they couldn't find my company! This is totally ridiculous. GLS Germany is not only the worst courier service in the world but also in this universe!
