Disappointing service. Spent around 4000 on a cabin with no insulation. Decided whilst building it insulation is probably a good idea. So I bought some from Wickes, and enquired about getting some of the bespoke plastic clips from Dunster House that they used to quickly fit it (I''ve yet to find anything else on the market that does the job!) but Dunster house refused to sell me any on their own. They are just tiny bits of plastic but would make my life so much easier when it comes to fitting it.
The difference between pre-sales and post-sales experience is shocking. The moment you've spent your money with this company you no longer exist to them. Not to mention the quality of their cabins are questionable, instructions are poor quality and in many cases will instruct you to do things the wrong way which will jeapordise the life of the cabin. Avoid this company at all costs.
This is not DIY. I bought a shed and was led to believe its was simple construction. It arrived in a million pieces and I can assure anyone it requires a carpenter or similar to assemble. I called them up and told them and it was \kinda oh well........\. 300 quid more for a referral for someone to assemble. Never again. Oh and late in the day the delivery truck comes back and says \we forgot all the screws you'll need\.
