As always, B & Q is simply a great place to shop, with all your needs under one roof and fairly priced. The floor staff are knowledgeable and totally brilliant, providing you with helpful advice - should you need it. When in the store, look out for their little friendly cat, that can sometime be seen snoozing, without a single care in the world! I ADORE B & Q

Slowly getting stock levels back to normal, but that is dependent upon the manufacturers. They have there own mascot as well. (See photo)

I called in to rhyl store to see if they stocked a pack of silicone clips for LED light strip, someone pointed me to isle 9 cable clips, none there, I spoke with a lady called Jen, who went to ask one of her colleagues who has been there 20 years, and he wasn't interested and a point blank no! Very unhelpful, no people skills at all. So this man obviously has a brilliant mind if he knows everything on the shelves!!! However Jen asked another colleague Jack who dropped what he was doing and started helping me to look. helped also and helped me identify where I would get them But I think the man that has been there 20years needs to either retire!!!or learn some people skills. Thank you Jen and Jack. I would give them 5 stars , but not the long standing 20 year guy he was useless .

Service was great. Staff member went out of her way to help us. The problem is they cannot get stock.

It is a legal requirement to wear face covering in shops in Wales. But to be told to follow social distancing or one way systems, by a worker flaunting the law, is an insult to not only the NHS, but all those who have suffered or are fighting this horrendous virus. Shame on B&Q for allowing it.
