Takes forever to return calls.... If they do. Finally arrived at house to bid after weeks and informed me they would be back to me within a couple days to provide estimate. You guessed it, never phoned, never returned calls. Extremely unprofessional.
This is our second year with them and we couldn't be happier. Our neighbor uses them also and our yards look great. The employees are friendly as well.
Called and set up an appointment with Greg for a quote. Greg came out and gave some options said he'd text me some photos of work they did and get back to me by mid week with a quote. This was 3 weeks ago. If you can't even keep your word on giving a quote how can anyone trust anything else you say.
Terribly rude people. For small business owners, you would think they would try to represent their business better. Dont hire, save yourself from horrible customer service you will undoubtedly receive.
