It is maintained to a high standard and has great facilities (gym, cinema, games room, study room, etc). Staff are lovely and always on hand if you need anything! Feels very safe and secure and I would highly recommend living here :)

Very safe. Nice sized room. Very close to the uni staff definitely go the extra mile to ensure your arrival is as stress free as possible. For example i was coming from london via coach. i was able to arrange the keys to my room to be left with a staff member who was on site for the night to hand them to me on my arrival . I can honestly recommended drinkwater house.

During my stay at Drinkwater House I was treated like a guest at a 5 star hotel by the management team. The room I had one the studio rooms and I was overwhelmed by the spaciousness and room for activity, despite having a top quality service I paid what could only described as a pittance to the high standard of service that I received. I would highly recommend Drinkwater to any student staying in the Middlesbrough area for both quality of service and value for money. Peace.

Really enjoy living here, facilities are great (gym, social areas, study area, car park), the place is always maintained to a high standard and the premises are really safe and secure too. Also really close to the uni (10min walk), the staff are friendly and always on hand if you need anything. Definitely recommend!!

Great student accommodation, safe environment and great location, close to both town and to uni. spacious rooms with plenty of social areas with the added bonus of a gym on site! The staff are friendly and always on hand should you need anything.
