I had Drew’s RV come out to look at my air conditioner. I thought that I was going to have to replace the whole unit. When Cody came out he diagnosed it as the motor and capacitor. He saved me a lot of money due to his honesty. I will highly recommend Drew’s and his service techs. They are efficient, honest and very knowledgeable.

RIP OFF DO NOT RENT FROM THESE LEOPLE. If you like: 1.driving 1000 miles with bad tire alignment and shaking stiring column. 2. RV full of ants. 3. Licking vents. 4.And dirt everywhere ( I wish I coud pasted pictures and videos) THIS PLACE IS DEFENITLY FOR YOU. Not mantion great costumer service with response time 12 hours. And dont forget to clean rv before you return because you will be charge 200 \housekeeping\ fee HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rhonda was very helpful when we brought in our Winnebago Navion RV for repairs on the refrigerator and toilet. She got in contact with the Thetford factory representative and was able to help us get it repaired under warranty. I would highly recommend using Drew's for any RV repair problems.

We came across Drew's from Google search for Lance dealers in Florida and found the new Lance 1062 camper we had researched and selected in their inventory. I emailed Drew's on Saturday night not expecting to hear from them until Monday or Tuesday. Savannah actually prepared a quote for the camper and the truck modifications I asked for on her day off and emailed me back Sunday morning! This is just one example of the customer service you can expect at Drew's. We live nearly 2.5 hrs away from Drew's and as promised when we arrived to pickup the camper it was loaded and ready to go. An RV Tech (also on a day off) patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were good to go. We even got the home brew recipe to keep the wasps out of the camper (valuable tip in Florida!) Lastly, the price... I still cant figure out how a 'small' dealer is able to absolutely hands down beat the large mega dealers, Drew's has figured it out. Superb service and hands down best pricing give Drew's a 5 star performance review
