These guys are top notch. Really know their tractors and helped me out more than I had hoped for. Would recommend these folks for all your tractor needs.
I hired D&R to come out and fix two pieces of equipment being a 753 bobcat and Yanmar tractor. Cat had electrical short issue, yanmar needed throttle reconnected. I’ve now been dealing with Michael and Jason with D&R for going on 6 weeks now. Was charged 300 for an hour and 20 mins of work and told they only work in hour long increments. Since then I have been bailed on 3-4 times with little to no reciprocation from either person (very receptive prior to payment). I’ve now had another person look at it and will have it FIXED for 1/2 the cost of just their initial diagnostic charge! I felt ripped off and had been this entire time for good reason. Hopefully this helps anyone else from dealing with these guys and also getting ripped off. You will regret it with Tom and Jerry overcharging for never coming to finish work.
I wish I could give a 10 star review! These guys are awesome! They arrived on time and repaired my tractor in less than an hour. Courteous and very professional!!! I will use them for all my tractor repair work and would absolutely recommend them. They knew exactly what they were doing and even gave pointers on diesel maintenance.
My tractor had a fuel blockage and some bad gaskets that we're really hard to diagnose. The team from D&R started the process of elimination and we're able find the proverbial needle in the haystack. What I really appreciated about the team was they weren't trying to run up the tab and had the skills to diagnose and not just swap parts. Their mindset was lets focus on the areas that are the least expensive like the 20 fuel pump vs. injectors. Really good guys, and I won't hesitate to use them in the future.
