We decided on John Moore Security and ADT for a couple of companies to visit us and give a quote and site survey. We decided John Moore Security as they seemed more modern as a company as well as the alarm system they were demonstrating. It was difficult to choose a company as I wanted an established company with a few depots but not to big. There was an issue with our install date and they were very apologetic. They offered a few new days and times.... including the next working day. The engineer was excellent. Really friendly, and he took care of the work he carried out. He was very helpful and explained things to me whenever I asked anything. I always like to see what trades people are doing in the house and sometimes it can be awkward when watching, asking questions or just showing interest. But I was able to see what he was doing at any times and ask questions about his work or equipment setup. I've had to call the office a few times over a few days regarding setting up the app and notification side of things (after I incorrectly changed a setting myself and then couldn't connect) and the experience has also been excellent. The guy who sorted out the issue was very helpful and didn't seem to mind me phoning him in the office and we went over the settings when I was on the phone to him. From the short time I've been with John Moore Security I feel I can trust them with any issues which arise in the future. The helpful service I've experienced so far gives me confidence that the system they fitted will be in good hands if a problem arises.
My alarm is under contract, and one of the door alarm wasn’t setting. I called them out at 9:30 AM and they arrived at 10:25 AM same day brilliant service would highly recommend.
