I use to work at the Harlingen location when it use to be Capital One. Aside from providing great customer service, we had to process transactions quickly as well. This bank is VERY slow when it comes to processing a transaction. I don’t have time to sit and wait for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru. It is ridiculous to have to wait so long.

SSFCU is a really great banking facility. My bank representative, Mrs. Adria Vinson, is very knowledgeable in what she specializes, and I do recommend anyone/ everyone to give her and the bank a try. I am extremely satisfied with their service. They are fast, kind and are very helpful.

I thought I had lost my card, she was patient enough to walk me through the process of freezing my card and was gracious enough to let me know of the other features I could use through online banking!
