Service scams, make sure you look at the service you asked for and check to make sure it was done. I brought this to the attention of Jess Joseph, and she only offered an apology/refund for that visit. For the past two years, I was told that the maintenance in my Toyota Maintenance log was being completed. They stamped and initialed my book, yet the invoices/workorders don't match the items in my log. After checking underneath my vehicle, my grease points were so dry, that old grease was non existent. My cabin air filter never changed, this is an easy one. Right in your glove box. Tires not rotated, usually you can see hand prints on the rims. 2 Years of maintenance that was suppose to be performed to uphold my power train warranty were pencil whipped. If you scam and fraud one customer, you are probably scamming more. Even windshield wiper fluid, they never fill. Buyer beware. The service advisers are nice and have great smiles.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Don Joseph Toyota, and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! Ryan Dodge was my salesperson for both cars and he his fantastic. His no pressure, reassuring, friendly attitude far surpasses any auto salesperson I have previously encountered. He’s the reason I bought a second Toyota! I just don’t want to deal with anyone else. I would recommend Ryan and Don Joseph Toyota to anyone looking for a car. Thank you for making it such a pleasant, positive experience.
Came across a decent looking used vehicle for my stepson here. I called and spoke with Tom Powers about the vehicle, letting him know what I’m looking for. I asked for some more pictures, and he sent them soon after. He was very honest and sent some pictures of rust areas, which I was not wanting. I appreciate the honesty for saving me a 2 hour round trip drive. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity, Tom and Don Joseph Toyota should be on your list.
My boyfriend and I had a very positive experience with the dealership and with Mr. Tom Powers our sales guy. We were just out looking for a good used car for myself. While we didn't find what I was initially looking for (a Honda or a Toyota), with Mr. Powers's help we found the perfect little Ford Fusion at a very good and fair price. Good guy and good dealership. If I'm ever shopping one day for a new Toyota, or if I'm looking for another used car, I'll be sure to come here first to work with Mr. Powers again!
After 3 months of searching and test driving cars I found Zach at Don Joseph. He was sincere, informative and trust worthy. His customer service and response time was amazing. He took the time to understand what I needed and what would fit my budget. Just a great guy and I plan to purchase another car from him in the future. As for Don Joseph they are just as amazing. The transaction was super fast and pain free. I did NOT spend my entire day there. Thank you Zach, Ashley and Don Joseph for providing a great experience.
