ThIs is my experience on Dolphin Travel House, bus# MH03CV7236, Mumbai to Goa on April 5 2021. 1. No COVID protocols followed - no hand sanitizers, masks not enforced. 2. Bus only had about 6 ticket passengers. To make some money for themselves, the drivers picked-up ticketless passengers along the way especially between Vashi and Pune. A group of labourers were packed in a few two-seater compartments. At least 5 in each! Some were without masks and were coughing, sneezing, and also seemed inebriated. This was very disturbing throughout the journey. 3. This one is one reason I will not travel by Dolphin Travel House again. A senior lady with a ticket, who boarded the bus at 3:30 pm from Borivali requested the driver to stop the bus around 9 pm for a rest-room break. The bus had not stopped near any restrooms till that time; only greedily picking up unticketed passengers and cargo. Both drivers told her - why don't you go behind the bushes on the road? When I told them that we would complain to the owner about this, their reply was - sure, go ahead, call the number on the bus. The owner cannot do anything to us. They only stopped at 10:30pm and were seen laughing at the plight of this lady. I can only hope that no other senior citizens experiences such a traumatizing ordeal with this or any other bus service.

Most worst service provider in Mumbai, Ac doesnt works at all, staff has no manners to talk with passengers, they are just madarchods and bhosdachod service they are providing. Never book tickets in this.

Dolphin bus service is the one of the worst service provider in Mumbai Driver and cleaner dont know how to talk with customer and to dropped they intentionally dropping new customer at wrong place so that they can earn commission from Auto I faced incident at Mumbai - Kolhapur trip they dropped me at Peth naka Whereas I asked 4 times I want to go mahalxmi then I called Customer care Mumbai - they dont have to courtesy to listen and then they disconnected the line Dont prefer to Dolphin Never...

Dolphin bus .. Ratnagiri to mumbai .. bus no MH 03 CV 5544 .. 1 MARCH .. drop point is sanpada .. driver dropped us in Chembur , and suggest us .. go by train from Dadar .. instead of oppologies .. cause of misbehaving driver .. ratings down ..
