I recently took my car to Dodd's for some work after getting into an accident and I am so happy with my experience. My car looks excellent and high quality parts were used as replacements for the parts that were damaged. They were very efficient in communicating with both myself and my insurance company throughout the whole process, and every employee I spoke with was kind and helpful. It's always nice when you can tell employees genuinely care about what they do. I would recommend Dodd's for any auto work!

Trumps Truth Detector

I have been a Dodds customer for 34 years. I have had my vehicle in twice since August to fix some door trim issues and have one door adjusted that wasn’t closing correctly. I was given immediate service both times. Total time spent on both repairs or adjustments was about 30 minutes or so. Professional and prompt service each time.

Worked with John to get my truck repaired from a rear-end collision. The guy went so far over the top to take care of us. The auto body stuff looks brand new and they repaired so much more than Geico originally found wrong. Then when leaving my check engine light came on. Even though it wasn't anything his shop done, he went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will tell everyone I know to go to Dodd's and ask for John!!!!!

I got an estimate for some body work and it was quoted for almost 10k. I called and asked if there was wiggle room and the guy seemed like there was and said he would call around and then call me back to let me know. No call as of 3 weeks later.. I got another estimate somewhere else and it was 3500, and a third was 4000... There's a real difference there.. As a \preferred\ eerie insurance body shop, I learned that they discount parts by 10 to 15 % for the insurance companies.. No thanks..
