I can highly recommend Document Services, Amy was friendly and gave good service. Rachael is a very knowledgeable technician, she went well beyond what was required to repair my printer and it was all done in record time and with a smile. Very impressed.

Great company, I appreciate the service and advice. I worked with Cameron in 2017 and Amy in Nov 2020. Both were extremely helpful and both gave me good advice. Three years between printer tune-ups. Highly reccomend.

We had an issue with our MFC Canon ir machine that needed fixing immediately. I rang Document Services Australia around lunchtime and left a message with their call centre staff, they rung me back within the next 15 minutes. I liaised with Amy on the phone and she was able to get a technician to me by the afternoon which was outstanding. The technician diagnosed the issue in 5-10 minutes, something that a previous technician couldn't do. The part I needed was arranged and ordered by Amy the next day (which was a Friday) and was delivered to my office on the Monday. Amy then organised a technician to be onsite Monday afternoon to fit the part. All in all it was the most pain-free and efficient experience I have ever had in dealing with a printer/IT company and would highly recommend them.

The worst company to deal with. Very horrible customer service. Don't be fooled by their responses. They breached our contract (in many ways) we tried to contact them over 40 times to resolve it via emails, phone calls and in person. Once you sign a contract (that they will not honor) they will disappear. You will receive bogus invoices that have nothing to do with your contract. We have started legal proceedings against them. Not worth the headaches.

Booked in a service today with one of the girls in the office. I was expecting someone next week. They organized for a technician to come out that day! They also managed to get my machine up and running very quickly and the technician was lovely. Absolutely reccomend this company for fast and efficient service, brilliant!
