My wife and 11 year old daughter recently did their OW pool work with Michael and I did a refresher with Sarge after being out of the water for 20 years. We all learned a lot and were pleased with the level of instruction offered. I did the PADI Re-Activate program and the girls used the E-learning course, both of which seem to include a lot more information than I recall from my certification course. We did our referral dives in Grand Cayman and John recommended some great diving spots for us there. His ideas were spot on for our Jr OW diver and we had a great time. Their selection is good and the info that you get from long-time divers is solid.
John and the team are the best. Both my daughter and I have taken classes at The Dive Shop. We've taken our kits to John for service and also have purchased equipment. We have also used the pool for skills tune-ups before going on dive trips. Definitely give them a look for any of your dive needs.
John and his staff are super friendly and have years of experience diving all over in different environments. They are happy to answer any questions and give you tips for where your adventure will be! I highly recommend visiting The Dive Shop!
Great shop! Took my Open Water Course with Scott & Chris and they were both very helpful, patient, and fun throughout. The shop has all the gear you could want as a beginner, with plenty of connections out to other dive opportunities and further training as you grow!
