We are in the process of using Discovery Buildings for our 20' X 26' Metal Building. The process has been seamless and working with Scott has been a pleasure we have had to make three revisions based on unforeseen circumstance and each time Scott has been super responsive getting the change order in place. Based on our experience we would use them again!!

Don Tait is very well versed on what it takes to put in a building. One of the first thing he told me was to go to county zoning and see what they would let me do. Turns out in ural residential\ your outbuildings can be no larger than 50% of your air conditioned living space. (a window unit on my back porch saved me) I couldn't go above 1000 sq. ft. Don helped me fill out the permit applications in Carolina Carports name.. All in all it was a good experience in spite of dodging hurricanes and such. No problems dealing with Carolina Carport. Building is a good value for the money I spent.
Very very bad experience, completely disorganized. No communication between this company and the one that delivers the product (Carolina carports), they both blame eachother. They brought out the wrong size building, not once, but twice, then to get a hold of someone in charge was equally as difficult. Getting my deposit back as some other reviewers have mentioned was equally as hard and even though they brought the wrong product out twice and wasted my time, damaged my driveway and were generally unprofessional, they still wouldn't return the deposit until many phone calls etc etc. Beware and I would not have anything to do this with this company.
