Jillian’s diaper service is a godsend! Because we live in an apartment and our laundry is coin op, we just couldn’t see how we could reasonably do cloth diaper laundry ourselves. We felt so good about choosing cloth but had no idea what we were doing, and the gals at Jillian’s always made themselves available with helpful, friendly advice. The diaper service works beautifully—always on time and the diapers spotless. Communication is really good in case there are any irregularities in the delivery schedule. I’m so grateful to Jillian’s for providing this service for the community. It’s one of the great local businesses in Ithaca. Totally worth the cost if you are considering. Thank you, Jillian’s!

Who knew cloth diapers could be so easy? We used this service for both my sons. It’s the BEST. Not only did I not have to strip or wash the diapers, all I had to do was stick them in a bag to get picked up each week. No fuss or mess at all. I also loved that cloth diapers work as a catch all for spit up, the rogue pee stream, and other unexpected messes that arise with a baby. I recommend getting whatever the complete package is. It came with everything we needed (covers, clips, diapers, etc) before our due date. Totally worth it. It was one less thing to think about. Kelley was also super helpful and flexible this last time around by allowing me to put our service and payments on hold while I had to travel unexpectedly during a family emergency. It made that crazy time in my life a little less hectic. Highly recommend.
I have used Jillian's Drawers Diaper Service with both of my kids. They are very easy to communicate with and very helpful getting started. It is super convenient to have the diapers picked up and clean ones delivered each week. The price is right for great service, easy changes to orders, delivery and friendly, accomodating staff. I would recommend this service to any local family who wants to use cloth diapers without having to launder them. Win-win-win!
We loved the diaper service for both of our children. For our first, we used it for 6 months. For new sleep deprived parents, it was awesome not to have to think about washing our own stash of cloth diapers. For our second, we used it for 4 weeks. Perfect for the newborn stage when they need such a small size of cloth diaper. We also really appreciated the knowledgeable staff at Jillian’s; they have been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions on our cloth diaper journey from newborn to toddler!
It is an absolute pleasure working with the Jillian Drawers' team. They are completely flexible to the needs of the parents and baby! For instance, they allow you to text with them which is so much easier for us than having to pick up the phone. They truly care about you as a customer and we feel lucky to be part of the service.
We are so thankful for Jillian's Drawers diaper service! We're on baby number two and it is so easy to do cloth diapers when they simply arrive and are picked up each week. No dealing with the mess! We also love the vacation hold option and that we can purchase things from the store that will also be delivered.
