Absolutely terrible experience. We received an email the day before with the code for gate for parking (code was an old one from 3 months before that) and asking what time we would check in. Got no response to the email I sent back and from 3pm on the day of booking ( check in time) we started emailing and phoning to try get the key. Phone numbers didn't work and no response from emails. We eventually had to go through air BnB where we had booked it through and they were also unable to get the host. So on the weekend of sea sessions we were left in Bundoran with no accomodation. I still have received no communication or feedback as to why they did not fulfill our booking. Avoid at all costs absolutely terrible service!!!

The apartment, towels and bed linen were clean and all basic amenities included. Also great location if you have young children as walking distance to town, park, beach, seafront attractions and Waterworld. Booked as stated it included wifi and dvds etc, which is needed when staying in every evening with children or if the weather's bad. No wifi but no physical reception desk to report to, had to email a couple of times to arrange for them to bring a dongle on second day. Also had to email to ask for sheets for the travel cot as none provided even though we'd specifically emailed to check if we needed to bring beforehand. Then DVD player had no remote so it was play, stop and eject only using controls on the player itself. Supposed to have 2 keys but only one provided... no replies to email to report this - not the end of the world just means you have to wait in sometimes. On the final 2 nights our baby slept but the neighbours in the apartment above kept us up playing loud music till 4:30 am... All in all a slightly annoying experience and would not choose to stay here again.
